The instructor is really good, but the company's service leaves a lot to be desired. For starters, they keep switching up the learning advisor. On top of that, the advisor doesn't seem to know enough about the modules or the child's progress. And don't even get me started on customer service—they can't even schedule a lesson with less than 12 hours' notice, even when the cancellation was their fault!

This is a fantastic learning experience. My child was already having a blast with the Khan Academy kids app, and this engaging and enjoyable method of picking up English with LingoAce is definitely worth it. The instructor is what sets this apart. Can't wait to see the long-term results. It seems really promising.

I’m giving 5 stars to Fion, the course consultant, who has truly gone the extra mile for me and my kids. She’s made a significant impact on my decision to stick with Lingoace. As I’ve told her before, she’s super efficient, really patient, and provides top-notch customer service. Lingoace is lucky to have someone like her on the team. Honestly, without her help, I might have quit because the app and course offerings can be pretty confusing. They really need to clarify what happens after the trial class.

The platform often freezes up, and the IT support is nowhere to be found. When I attempted to reschedule my class, nothing got updated, and I'm still receiving calls about missing class. Honestly, I'd rather just pay someone to teach me on Zoom without all these product problems.

My children really love the classes at Lingoace because the instructor is super engaging and knows how to keep the kids interested. So far, the customer service has been quick to respond and the consultants have been really helpful as well! I definitely recommend it!

My daughter really enjoys her sessions with her current instructor, and most of the makeup classes had teachers who were super positive and supportive. Keep it up, Lingo Ace!

Locating decent Chinese classes in Australia ain't a walk in the park. We tried a couple of local options before finally choosing LingoAce. We've been with them for years now, and the instructor is super patient. I've noticed some serious progress in my kid's skills. She can read Chinese characters and even throw them into her conversations, which honestly catches me off guard sometimes. The materials they provide are solid too. So, I'm giving LingoAce a full 5 stars!

This program isn't effective for every child. My kid gets easily sidetracked by all the features on the app. It's not as impressive as many folks claim. The instructor is primarily from China, and some of them struggle with English, making it tough for my child to pick up Chinese from the ground up.

Additionally, the recent Learning Advisors have left Singapore. I heard from one of them that the entire team there has been disbanded.

Without a support team in Singapore, how can I feel confident about continuing classes? I was also taken aback by the numerous negative reviews on Glassdoor, indicating that many staff members in Singapore are being let go.

Is the company on the verge of shutting down?

If that's the case, I definitely shouldn't be buying more credits. I've already got a bunch of credits, so I'm stuck now, just hoping they don't close up shop too quickly.
